Sheri Few

“Sheri Few is the daughter of an Air Force fighter pilot and retired General Officer. She went to high school in England and attended college in Germany. She is the Founder, President and CEO of SC Parents Involved in Education (SC PIE).

Owner of HIS Services, Mrs. Few co-authored the abstinence education curriculum, “Healthy Image of Sex”, uniquely designed to be implemented in the African American faith community.

Mrs. Few was appointed Commissioner by Governor Mark Sanford and confirmed by the State Senate in 2009 to serve the South Carolina Commission on Women and was elected by her peers to serve as Chair of the Commission in 2010.

Mrs. Few is Vice President of the Kershaw County Republican Women; Associate Member of the Capital City Republican Women; Lifetime

Member of the SC General Assembly’s Women’s Caucus; Graduate of South Carolina Winning Women; and former Commissioner to Governor’s Campbell and Beasley.

Mrs. Few serves as a member of the Palmetto Leadership Council, she is an Advisory Board Member for South Carolinians for Responsible Government, and is the 2003 recipient of the Southern Baptist’s E.A. McDowell Award for her work in abstinence education.

Her most recent accomplishment was being named SC 2010 Eagle of the Year by the nationally renowned Eagle Forum.

She lives in Lugoff, SC with her husband and sons and they are members of Bethel Worship Center.”
