Dan Tripp

Dan Tripp is founder of Ground Game Strategies, a marketing company that designs customized voter contact programs for targeted, data–‐driven political campaigns.

Tripp has worked on dozens of national, state and local campaigns, and has traveled across the United States organizing issue–‐advocacy projects. To date, he has organized or managed campaign and projects in 42 states.

Tripp has served in 3 presidential campaigns: Herman Cain (’12), John McCain (’00) and Phil Gramm (’96)

Prior to founding Ground Game Strategies, he served as a State Representative in the South Carolina State Legislature for 12 years (’94–‐’06) where for six years he chaired the Insurance subcommittee.

Tripp resides in Mauldin, South Carolina with his two children. He is an avid whitetail bow hunter and occasionally wets his hook in the black waters of lowcountry South Carolina or the raging backwaters of Montana. He is engaged to Alysia Barzee of Kansas City, Missouri.

Ground Game Strategies –‐ based in Mauldin, SC –‐ is a full–‐service general consulting and political project management firm that has nurtured a national network of political, legislative and grassroots leaders. Our mission is to provide customized voter contact programs for targeted, data–‐driven campaigns.
