Alex Saitta is a former bond analyst for Citicorp, and worked on Wall Street for 18 years. He has a business degree from New York University. He has lived in Pickens County, SC the past 15 years and is now serving on the Pickens County school board. Elected in November 2004, he has several priorities as a board member — to help the board in setting spending priorities, eliminating wasteful spending, and getting more money into the classroom.
